Dear Students,
This is a kind reminder about the test you are required to take (and pass) at the end of this semester.
- - You can take the test during our classes on the 2nd/3rd or 9th/10th of May or on the 15th of June.
- - The test will consist of case study and short open-ended questions. Students will be presented with short quotations of reasons of a few cases decided under different jurisdictions. The main task will be to identify the legal doctrines (set of legal rules) applied by courts when deciding cases. A short description of characteristics of these doctrines will also be required.
- - In order to pass the test, it is sufficient to master information that the students have been provided with during the classes (including handouts). However, those of you who need more materials and/or are willing to broaden their knowledge, are recommended to make use of materials below.
