Dear Students,
As it was announced during our last meeting, due to external circumstances the class that should take place on 26 March, 2015, has been cancelled.
We'll make up that class later, probably in May - I will certainly inform you about the exact date, time and classroom. This will also be the class with comparative look at emergency states in different constitutions.
For the next class, that will take place on 2 April, 2015 we'll have a workshop with Geneva and Hague conventions. I will upload the materials here plus I will send it over to you through O365.
