Dear Students,
you are kindly invited to enroll for EU Criminal Law seminar which I will run during 2023/2024 academic year. In the seminar you will write a thesis on any subject chosen by you and approved by me which relates to EU Criminal Law, European criminal procedure or human rights in criminal proceedings.
As you were informed, the enrollment takes place on the first day of seminar in person. The maximum limit of participants is 8 person. If more person would wish to join the seminar, the criteria of admission which will be taken into account are as follows:
1) EU Criminal Law classes and exam grades,
2) Criminal Procedure and Courts classes and exam grades,
3) Introduction to Criminal Law classes and exam grades,
4) an area of interest/proposal of the topic of your thesis.
An overall assessment of the criteria will be taken into account so bad grades in some of the areas does not automatically eliminate you from the seminar.
You will be asked to provide these informations when enrolling for the seminar.
